OUR FACILITIES
Four New Jersey Packaging Facilities
And Warehousing Space

Liquid Packaging
Built for liquid and paste products. Here, we handle everything from water-thin beverages to thick honey, jams, and dressings. Sanko lines fill liquid stick packs and sachets with consistent dosing and seal integrity. Our thermoform system makes portable dip cups.
Formats: liquid stick packs, sachets, thermoform cups
Capabilities: high-velocity blending, post-fill thermal processing
Allergen status: Nut-free

Dry Production
Two production facilities purpose-built for dry products, from granules and powders to snack pieces. Featuring multilane Sanko lines producing over a billion units annually.
Formats: powder sticks, dry sachets, snack portion packs
Allergen status: Nut-free

Nut Facility
Products containing tree nuts and peanuts run here, in a separate building from our nut-free production. Segregation is part of our footprint. That means lower cross-contact risk for your brand and for every other brand we pack for.
Formats: Primarily liquid and paste

The same quality standards at every production facility
Four facilities. One standard.
Your co-packer can become your single point of failure. If they run out of capacity, flub a quality checkpoint, or miss a retailer window, your brand takes the hit.
T.H.E.M.'s facilities remove that risk. We have allergen-segregated production, Sanko lines run by the team that sells and services them, and quality systems with zero recalls in our history. When your volume grows, so do we.

Nut and nut-free products run in separate facilities.
What certifications do your facilities hold?
FDA registered, SQF certified, certified organic, and more. Certificates are available on request.
What formats can you run?

Can we tour your facilities?

We help you buy, install, and run your own Sanko line. We also keep producing your overflow volume.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Typically our MOQ is around 50-100,000 units, depending on product characteristics. We can offer pilot production rates, but unit costs will be higher.
What are the benefits of a co-packer with separate liquid, dry, and allergen facilities?
T.H.E.M. is a single-serve contract packager in Marlton, New Jersey. It runs separate liquid, dry, and allergen facilities on Sanko packaging machinery. T.H.E.M. produces over one billion single-serve units annually and has had zero recalls in its history.
Lower Allergen Risk
Nut-containing products run in their own building. Your nut-free product never shares equipment or a facility with them.
Capacity that grows with you
T.H.E.M. produces over one billion units a year. During COVID, output quadrupled with zero missed runs. Your brand can grow unrestricted without investing any capital.
Less Downtime
T.H.E.M. has been Sanko's exclusive North American partner for 32 years. The same team that engineers, sells, and services Sanko machinery maintains our lines. Repairs don't wait on an outside technician. We anticipate production hiccups before they can ever impact your run.
