Our Sanko filling lines use an ultrasonic seal bar that clears product from the seal area before closing, so particulates and inclusions don’t cause leaks. Zero-headspace filling extends shelf life. Those thick, sticky, hard-to-run formulas finally have a home.

Ready for shelves your brand’s way: slim sticks, sachets from 1-200mL, custom die-cut shapes. Viscosities run from water-thin to heavy paste.
